Kim has always gone above and beyond to help our family. She is always there for us and responds to our calls immediately whenever we have had any problems. She is knowledgeable and has ALWAYS done right by us. We have been doing business with her agency for 25 years because of the awesome customer service she has always provided to us. As cliche as it sounds she really is one in a million. I cannot say enough good things about the service she has provided us with.
