This situation is unacceptable. We regret our decision to select this insurance. My husband chose this insurance under the impression that it was superior to the one we previously had. Today, he attempted to pick up his medications and was informed that he needed to pay $517.00 for just one medication, and he has a total of 15 medications. As a diabetic on a fixed income, we simply cannot afford to pay $6,000 in deductibles. I was unaware of this exorbitant deductible imposed on an elderly person receiving social security. The cost of the medications far exceeds our income. Subsequently, the agent provided us with three numbers to contact for assistance, but the one that was available indicated that the cost of the medication with their coupon was over $1,000.00. To make matters worse, the

45 minutes you say you want a US rep, no US rep. They try to trick you but their grammar is so bad you can't be fooled. Garbage company. Everything sourced overseas. Language barrier is insane. Even if they speak good English the understanding is non existent. You think you'll get help from U.S. based and they just forget about you. Thanks for contributing to poor healthcare and added stress. Also like others state. They give you WRONG information. Anything of importance you better get an American based employee, even then don't hold your breath on receiving help.

Worst customer service ever.Everytime I call, I'm either speaking to someone in India,the Philipines or Peru! Can they hire someone in AMERICA?So I can have a clear connection, to understand them.In addition to not having any answers to my Questions,which was a complete waste of time.

Absolutely worthless healthcare. They pay for nothing. They're rules just changed and SOMEHOW they've gotten even worse. I don't know HOW that was possible BUT I'm always HORRIBLY surprised with Minnesota based companies

I completed my cervical cancer screening on 9/29/2025 and never got my 50 dollar gift card.I got a paper in the mail united health care saying complete a cervical cancer screening.Get A $50 gift card reward.They said once we get information from your doctor that the cervical cancer screening has been completed.We will mail you a $50 reward gift card.I never got it.They got the claim.I been contacting united healthcare about the gift card but I keep getting told different things.
