Very bad customer service. Was very rude. She told me she was doing a counseling session, and she's not even a counselor and then she has some guy who doesn't even work there.Come outside and he was very rude and cussing out and told take our business elsewhere. Mind youThe guy doesn't even work there.He doesn't employed by the company. The\nDoor was not locked.It was unlocked, we walked in, and she was very rude and told us to go and not come back till tomorrow.Because she's getting ready for a funeral. She told me on friday that I could come in today on tuesday and renew my policy. Every time I go there to try to pay my insurance.They're either closed because she's sick or closest.Some of the reason that makes my insurance lapse and I have to pay to get it turned back on. Very bad custom
