Awful service and completely agree with Janet L.'s post. They do not return calls. I am an existing client and can't wait to find a new broker. Linda was very good to work with but she left to another department. Evan and the other guys at the top never called. I was a client for 4 years and have lots of investments and other insurance needs and not one call.

Called to try and get a quote for Condo Master Policy Insurance. After being transferred to 3 people and having to explain myself each time I was then transferred into someones voice mail who, "may be able to help" I simply hung up as clearly Rodman's Insurance isn't interested in new business.

Don't bother calling them. No one answers EVER! called every single person on the call list and not one responds.
