Horrible experience. Got into a accident before Christmas and i still haven't received a check. They took my rental away because its been to long. I try to get in touch with them and nothing. Even leaving voicemails to management still nothing. . Only way i get to in touch is thru emails. Not my fault the person they insured hit me totaling my truck. Now im going on two weeks without a vehicle n they dont care. Everyone is rude n acts like your bothering them.

We have N&D as our home insurance. In July the metal hose under the sink in my son’s bathroom blew out of nowhere. The plumber said he had never seen anything like this in his 30yrs on the job. We had about 350k in water damage to our home and lost a total of 3 floors. It has been an absolute nightmare for my family (2 young kids under 2.5). Two weeks ago N&D dropped us! My husband and I have NEVER had a claim in our lives. We decided to stay in our home during the Reno to save the insurance company more expense, didn’t push for other things they should have covered to play as fair as possible! Now we are left to find another insurer and our home is still under construction so most are refusing to cover us. Our only quote has been for $9,800 a year. A 40% increase! All because of a freak a

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Had a fender bender appraised at $2500, later determined a total loss. Still not sure how a small accident goes from $2500 in damage to over $12k. N&D low balled the loss offer. I tried to get a better offer with documentation of the value of the car. No response from them for five days because the service rep was on vacation. My mother passed away in the middle of the whole nightmare. Sorry if I did not move fast enough for you N&D, there were extenuating circumstances. They then accuse me of not releasing my car from the auto body shop in a timely manner and deducted $700 in storage fees from the settlement offer they agreed to. The rep was extremely rude. If I could give no stars I would. This is a terrible company to do business with. I have been a customer for over three years and never had a cancellation or claim. I had my first cancellation where I missed my payment since they updated their system and I no longer get my alerts the same way I did last year, but I was able to put down half of my payment within two days of the cancellation notice and paid it in full within a week and they refuse to reinstate me based on my payment history They don’t care about their customers. I filed one accident with them and it turned into a two month long process and they tried everything to deny my claim. I’m sad that it ended the way it did, but I’m so happy that I am finally done with this company. Stay far away!!

Extremely Disappointed with Their Service I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Norfolk & Dedham. I paid for full coverage and rental coverage, expecting peace of mind in case of an accident. However, when I needed them the most, they completely let me down. From the start, their communication was inconsistent, and I was left chasing answers. Despite paying for rental coverage, they denied my claim and refused to reimburse me for my rental car. This is unacceptable and feels like a clear breach of what I was promised in my policy. As a customer, I relied on their word and trusted that they would handle my claim fairly.
