I recently purchased a new home and Doren helped me with my homeowner's policy. What I loved about this experience is the personal attention that this office provided me. Every time I called a friendly voice greeted me on the other end of the line and they answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. Night and day from other agencies I have used in the past. I would highly recommend Doren, they have be be one of the best insurance agencies in Massachusetts!!

I called Doren on a Saturday to clarify items with my policy. They called me during their closed hours and took the time to answer my questions fully and calmly. They gave me such piece of mind. Great customer service, very professional, good integrity. I would absolutely recommend.

They are not organized or reliable. After waiting in the office became excessively long to see anyone, I asked the receptionist/agent(Stephanie) if I could fax my coverage with current company so I could get a quote over the phone. I faxed her three policies and confirmed that she received them. She said it would take several days before she get back to me. That was the middle of December. Even if she needed extra time due to holidays, she made no calls for weeks. Middle of January, I called the office and explained to the other woman. She kept asking when did I fax them since she could not find them. Since they had personal information, Stephanie should have filed them away and gave call back in timely manner. Pls never go there , there are not doing proper business and very bad experience, find somewhere else . I would give 00 Stars Still they didn’t get my refund. They made a big mistake on my policy and now I loose extra money for nothing and they don’t know what they are doing , I fully paid for 06 months insurance even I didn’t drive 3 weeks , now they saying they talk insurance company and they refused to refund fully ! This is so frustrating and ridiculous, because of Insufficient knowledge . Very sad and Iam upset . .
