Rachel with Brown & Brown of Massachusetts, is an unresponsive agent. She doesn't follow-up on time, or at all. She doesn't check-in outside or during renewal. She doesn't ask any questions about how life circumstances have changed between renewal periods. She doesn't offer to shop your insurance, even if your rates are increasing by a third. You will be nothing more than a number and a small commission at Brown & Brown. Do yourself a favor and find an brokerage that actually cares about your needs.

I have worked with Brown and Brown professionally and on a personal level for a few years now. They are the best in the business - each person i speak to has been great, however i have to note Kate Bardellini, Ashley Rodio and Lori McManus for being the best. They are always so helpful, kind and responsive almost immediately. I’m not sure I would trust to go anywhere else.

Rachel Ivatts does not even deserve 1 star although she can send a notice of cancelation while vacationing somewhere! Lori, who's filling in for Rachel, does a wonderful job of letting calls go to voice-mail as I called 2 weeks ago and again today with the excellent service of leaving yet another message that my insurance will be canceled the 20th if Someone doesn't bill my Mortgage Co!!! If you have a choice-I did not but will absolutely look into it now-Do not chose Brown and Brown, Dedham Mass. Update: Lori just called as I am writing this. She is a very pleasant person with a good sense of humor and I apologized for yelling as she has no choice but to cover for Rachel.

I have had a terrible experience with them. My agent Evan Tobasky never returned my call. There was a Linda and Becky who were very good but in 4-5 years not once did I ever receive a call from Evan. Awful dealings with this company.

I've been working with Bonni Black for more than 10 years, through 3 homes and at least 4 claims. She is always there for me! She is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and pro-active. I am so grateful to have her in my corner!
