C&S Insurance

Working with Leslie Jones was not only a struggle, but was a total waste of time. She didn’t and couldn’t help me in anyway with changing or getting my insurance lowered. One of the worst people to work with, and not only could she not help, but after about three to four phone calls she finally tells me that she doesn’t work with certain insurance companies and only a handful. Would have been nice to know from the start, but with her you will be tossed through every loop and not reached back out to at all. Even talked bad about me to a family member over the phone that partners with C&S , and she will be switching companies as well. Please do yourself a favor and work with another company or just find insurance on your own. I did and got mine lowered by 130$, and again Leslie Jones did not

My family has been with Walley Insurance company since my folks were customers of Frank's grandfather. Once married, my husband and I followed suit. Leaving now after 46 years for only one reason: we have a home in MA and in NC. Unfortunately Walley does not cover NC so we switched to Liberty Mutual, who has both a MA and NC license. Should Walley insurance Company ever expand their coverage to NC we'd be back in a heartbeat. Wonderful pleasant folks; great service; always with an answer to our questions; had full confidence in their guidance and suggestions. It is with great sadness we are leaving this company.
