It's ashame the level of service is so bad. They bought Ralph Quinn great insurance company Ralph and Maria understood what customer service is about. I switched mid year to a different local insurance agency.
The level of service is awful. They bought out our old agency and it is a nightmare. Nobody can answer a question. I used to call my insurance agent and get an immediate solution. Lots of passing the buck to someone else. Will be switching to a new agency ASAP!!
We have had our home and auto insurance with these guys for eight years now. They have been great! Somebody always picks up the phone or calls back shortly. They are very honest and pleasant to do business with. Definitely would recommend buying insurance from this group!
