It’s been almost a year STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE YOUR NOT IN GOOD HANDS ITS BS!!! They don’t care about people been like this since 11/14/23 A still A they sent 4 people here but that act like they didn’t!! Can’t find it they say after there PEOPLE TOOK PICS SEVERAL Times!! Stay away Worst experience of my life!!! They suck!! You have to sue Allstate to get them to step up to their part of the contract INSURANCE IS A CONTRACT THE WOREST THESE PICS ARE 10/10/24 So You tell me how good they are Go to court

Disgusting customer service! Would not use if they were the last agency on earth! Office Manager Kimberly is the rudest person I have ever come across. I called twice in 1 month, each time very rude, will not answer any of my questions, and the second time I was yelled at to "go somewhere else" and then was hung up on. Mr Bolton, how are you ok with letting someone this rude and horrible represent your business??
