YESTERDAY, I LEFT YOUR GROUP. I JOINED ALLSTAE FOR MY AUTO INSURANCE, YOU WERE OVER CHARGING ME FOR AUTO INSURANCE. I'M 72 YEARS OLD RETAIRED NO WRECKS, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY NEARY 400 $$ A MONTH FOR AUTO INSURANCE. I ADVISE OTHERS TO SEARCH OTHER COMPANIES FOR A BETTER DEAL.

I had been with Nationwide for over 30 years. I just recently purchased a new auto and added it to my policy. I do not have any points, Praise God. The price went up so I shopped around and found cheaper. I canceled policy before renewal but I had paid half the amount of my renewal. I just knew I would be refunded this amount back BUT NO I was told that by adding my new auto it made my premium go up and i was not charged for that so they took it from the prepayment of my renewal. If i owed this money why was I not sent a bill for it? THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!

If I could give a negative, I would. So let me tell you, I was with Nationwide for over 20+ years. For the last 7 years my escrow has been paying on a policy that didn't exist. Yes, that's right they had been taking $1,000+ a year for a homeowners policy that didn't exist. The wrong policy was cancelled in 2014 and never caught. They kept saying that I would have been covered but, that's not true.There would have been no guidelines for coverage so explain that. They wanted me to sign papers saying I had a "lapse" in coverage from 3-10-14 until 10-13-20 and they'd not be responsible for any claims. Why? I paid you thru my escrow, how could I have had a lapse. My home lender is also taking out private insurance and back charging me.Not to mention I asked for Micheal Glick to call me himself,

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. I have been a LOYAL customer for 14 yrs and I was disappointed in the customer service I received and the way this situation was handled. My policy was canceled due to not sending in pictures for a claim I submitted. Not once was I told of this deadline of not being able to renew if I did not due so! After speaking with Elizabeth Morgan at this location, I realized I should have been cancelled any service from this company LONG AGO!! She was rude, disrespectful and over talked me the entire time not acknowledging my questions or concerns!! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! THEY ARE THE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they do not train the employees to provide exceptional customer service and nor do they seem to value a loyal customer.

I've known Ryan Moser my whole life, he made this process easy, got me great coverage at a great price, and most of all made it fast. I would highly recommend Ryan for all of your insurance needs!
