I have been with State Farm for a long time and one thing I do know is that from moving to different states and always being 1000% on top of my insurance and following up when they say they will I cannot express how managing this office is. I recently worked with Jessica as she called me about getting life insurance and I ended up getting another policy for myself and my daughter and she was so pleasant to talk to and gave us all the info we needed. I will say we got a great rate and she even had patience with me when I was busy working and forgot to call her back. They are the best and I highly recommend this office and JESSICA!!! Mike was great. Someone reached out by text which is preferable to me. I was able to ask questions, say what I needed and get a quote sent to my phone. We were needing services that our current company didn’t offer. State Farm was able to get what we needed AND what we currently had, for LESS than what we were paying at Direct.
