I had been waiting for over a month to receive a quote from another agency. Finally gave up and asked a friend for a referral. She recommended Encore. I called them at 1 p.m. and by 5 p.m. that day I had my certificate of insurance. Planning to switch more of my policies to their agency as they renew.
