Erika Castaneda: Allstate Insurance

If I could give zero stars, I would. I switched to another insurance company before my policy renewal. I called Allstate to inform them that I was not going to renew my policy because I was already insured with a different company. At that time, I was receiving messages about a bill for renewal. I specifically asked about it, and the representative told me that if I was not going to renew, I could simply ignore the invoice and it would automatically cancel. At no point did anyone tell me that I was required to pay that invoice. Now I am being told that my account was sent to collections for a $281 bill for a month I did not even use, a month when I already had insurance with another company. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. My original policy was for six months, and I paid the

NOT RECOMENDED PAYMENTS GO UP AND UP FOR NO REASON AND THEY DONT TAKE CASH MONEY VERY INCONVINIENT .

As a recommended customer I've chosen to give Erika castrada Allstate a try as my first payment I thought I could pay cash but that wasn't the Case you must pay by money order,check or credit/debt card now not familiar with whom deals with money orders so I went to three different gas stations that I was told to go to get money order WRONG!!!! you must go to food Lion,or a check cashing establishment to get money orders I'm a Yankee here in Burlington North Carolina meaning I'm not from here I'm from North Philadelphia Pennsylvania I'm to good for these Carolinians lol but there were supportive and did work with me by giving me future recommendations on future payments love it that Carlos is bilingual and that I could bust it up with him his grind is CRAZY but I can tell that he is profess
