Ellen Easter - State Farm Insurance Agent

I filed a claim with State Farm March 3 lady called me March 5. I left probably 12 voicemails with Micah SMITH supposedly my claim adjuster who I have yet to talk to. I sent numerous messages through the State Farm app no one ever responded. I had a claim specialist. tell me that she thought the claim was denied because they couldn’t determine if it came from a freeze or not but I find that ironic nobody from State Farm has been to my house called me or discussed anything with me I have never been so disappointed in State Farm in my life!!

The staff here is Phenomenal. I’ve been with them for some time but from the day I switched they made me feel like a valued customer. Was going thru a rough financial time and they still made me feel like I belong with the company. They were always cordial, they were always professional, and always considerate and helpful through my financial struggles. I cannot tell you how important this was to me and my family. So if you want to be treated well do you want to be value as a customer and I see this with tears in my eyes this is the company and crew for you. More importantly All your insurance needs will be met and taken care of here. Special Thanks to Ellen and the Best Staff ever.

I love this place! Sherry always can help me in just a matter of seconds, I don't even know how she knows what I need before I even speak it!!!! Ellen has helped us set up home, property, automobile, business insurance just like we need. I am grateful they are always there when I need them!
