Very poor customer service. The female staff just sat at the desk. She did offer to help the person in front of me after he waited for about 5 mins without being helped. But once it was my turn, I was not even acknowledged. She just acted as if she was done working. The male staff was chatting with another customer laughing and joking. I was waiting for about 15-20 mins then decided to leave after not being helped at all. I thought this would be a good place by the other reviews, but I did not receive any quality service. I would recommend others to try another establishment that’s more professional.

Did title transfer, seller of vehicle messed up and signed title in so many wrong spots beforehand. The team here knew exactly what to do and were able to solve issue so that title transfer could still occur and I could have a license plate to drive car home with. Great job, good service.
