INS-NOW

They never pick up the phone. I left a voicemail and everything and still they don’t pick up. I keep getting referred to this number and I have never once had someone pick up.

I just had an important document double-witnessed and notarized. I had called ahead, and the lady said they were understaffed today due to a couple of people being out sick. However she said I can still show up. So I went, with the usual low expectations. I was low-key surprised at how pleasant and helpful the lady was (same woman on the phone, Michele I think is her name). Even though I didn't have my papers 100% ready, she helped organize them, got them witnesses and notarized, and *patiently* stood there and watched me check each page of the 20+ page document. All without a single hint of bad attitude or rushing me (even tho the phones were ringing and they were clearly a bit overwhelmed today). Finally I paid for the service, and tried to tell her to keep the change, in appreciation

I had a great experience with getting auto insurance , they shopped it around with all there companies to get me the best rate. Everyone was extremely pleasant highly recommend!!
