So kind, fast and reliable response. And the agent showed sincerity to help customer, it's me. Before contacting the all state agent, I tried to contact AAA which has been my long time insurance issuer but no answer at all, perhaps because of Covid 19. They all hid but Allstate agent responded me timely.

I purchased my Car and Home insurance from Nate Son about five months ago. He saves my money with more protection. He is great agent in Upper Darby area. Only within five months, he is like a my family member.

I submitted a simple policy change request on their website over 3 months ago, but my agent never followed up on it. They didn't update my policy and they didn't contact me to explain why they weren't able to update it. EDIT: When I submitted a whole new request months later, they actually followed up on it.
