My Allstate agent is a very patient man who works out all fine details and answers my 100 questions, including several repeated questions. We were able to workout a customized insurance package including cars and residence.

I've been with a few different car insurance companies due to moving to different states. I must say Allstate Insurance has been the best from day one. My Allstate agent has been with me since then. That's right personally knowing their customers and their needs is what this 5 star rating is for! I'd give more for the great bundle packages they offer and make u aware of. With this company you get so much upfront information a few dollars cheaper with everything you except! Also the saving gets better when you sign up. Perks! Points are earned by safe driving. Spend the points from stores you shop at or bid on gifts. I love Allstate and my agent. If I move this time I will keep them!

You guys faithfully take money from me to insure my house for years but as soon as I file a claim for storm damage to my home you deny my claim and won't even let me speak to someone for a clear explanation. Legal Robbery?!!
