Horrible custom service. My claim rep Heather Ferris was absolutely horrible never returned my phone calls I had to call her almost everyday for the last month to find information about my claim. Was told within 24 hours of reporting my claim she would reach out didn’t happen I had to call and leave her messages for 3 days before she called and even took my statement. I finally got tired of not ever getting any calls back that I called and asked for her supervisor whom I was given his number and called him and left multiple messages and finally told him I would call and leave a message every single day until I got a phone call back with the information I needed about what my next steps would be. About an hour or so after that message Mrs Ferris finally called back with zero new information

This company is very racist. I've been waiting since August for a payout from this company and still nothing no contact from anyone. They have been giving me the run around on paying out the remaining balance of my father's insurance policy. The funeral home has been paid out months ago. I was told to send my father's death certificate and then they will send the remainder of money in a check to me. And it's been since August 10th and still no payout and now we're in January 2025. I would not recommend this company to no one. I still can't grieve because of this matter. I've contacted a lawyer for this matter and further actions are being filed.

The person I met with today about my issues was great. Although she was not able to do or change anything. Everything is done by corporate. Needless to say I wish I never started my policies with the agent I had who lied from the gate. GOD will hold him accountable for his actions. See I started my policies in 2011 under a different company. Maybe 5yrs later the company changed and so should I have smdh. Let me just say!! Please do your due diligence before getting insurance with any company. Especially when your younger and dint know anything about grt over scemes. Because it may cost you in the long run. An they really don't care.

Their service is satisfactory I have no problems
