I’m quite disappointed with the lack of clear communication and follow up with this location. My previous agent retired and I was moved over. I left a voicemail that never was returned and a recent mixup with my auto policy sealed the deal. The email I received stated I had 72 hours to respond with signing a document or I would lose my discounts. I was totally baffled I never had to sign any documents for auto policy changes nor did I request the change. I responded to 3 emails and spoke with 2 different employees within a period days with no resolve. I however got a Thanksgiving card before I got clear answer which was when I called after hours speaking with the customer service line. Fortunately, I was able to transfer to a new agent.

Been with this office since Tony was there. Chris & Frank have handled my business policies for the last few years and I've appreciated every minute of it. Theres even been times where Frank personally made the trip out to Camden just to break down bills and policy changes in person.
