I don't usually leave reviews, but Providence Mutual has been by far the best insurance company I have ever worked with. I had to submit a claim for my homes storm damage, and worked with Matthew Doloster for the process. It was simple, and most important I was taken care of quickly and received a very fair claim in order to fix my home. I am buying another home soon, and will be going with Providence Mutual for that one as well.

Providence Mutual is an excellent insurance company. They are responsive to agents and customers. Debbie Farmanian in customer service has been assisting our agency for many years and does a great job. Do not give money to Providence Mutual and think you are insured; you are not. I suffered wind damage in a storm recognized as a disaster and made a claim. The adjuster brought by a "wind expert" (no credentials presented) who stated "nope, not wind", and they denied the claim. Additionally the adjuster saw some grass growing from my lawn over the edges of the driveway and told me to fix it and send pictures in 30 days or they would raise my rates for lack of home maintenance. I switched to USAA and couldn't be happier now that I am working with an honest company that actually insures its customers.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile to help me place business. Most recently, she helped me work through a habitational risk, and her responsiveness and expertise made the process smooth and efficient.
