This office is always available when I have a need for an insurance quote. They are always competitive, and most importantly, I have a local agent who does not require me to take time off from work to renew my policy (this is so important to me and many who work business office hours)! I’ve been working with them since I moved states and had to come off of my parent’s insurance plan. Everyone I’ve spoken to and worked with from this place has been nothing but professional, kind, and courteous. I have to leave voicemails about 50% of the time, but I don’t worry about it because they always call me back, same day or early the next day. Jackie in particular has been really helpful, and is always patient with my questions. I have moved around a lot in the past few years and working with them has made dealing with insurance one of the least stressful items on my todo list. Thank you guys!

I visited the office 07/22/2024 for a year renewal and was treated very disrespectfully! I has been with this office for three years and never had any complain but I noticed they changed the staff and looks like everything changed too! No talk, no options, a girl came out to the front door and said... "pay or get out of here"... THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER???!!!... SURE NOT... Good bye Pethel Insurance Group!
