Yesterday I needed to put insurance on my vehicle and Jeff was the guy who answered the phone and assisted me with my needs, he spent a good bit of time on the phone with me while I was getting information from my old policy with another company. When I finally decided to accept an offer from an underwriter Jeff was with me every step of the way. What made my experience personal was I was explaining to him how my life had changed with the up cost of rent and other expenses as a single person with one income. He listened, and it just became a real life conversation and it made me feel like someone really understood my needs seriously and was not just trying to make a commissions sale. On October 1, 2020 I spoke with Mr. Jeff. I told him that I needed help with a situation that needed to be handled today. When I let him know what was occurring, he stepped in with full force and made it happen. Mr. Jeff made important calls to see what could be done, and requested me to send him some paperwork to make sure he had everything when he made the phone call. When he called me back everything was a success. Thanks to him and I appreciate everything he done for me. Awesome!! Job Well Done!!

Patriot agencies has been handling my auto insurance for about 8 years now and I've always been amazed at how great their customer service is. I never write reviews, but I feel the need to mention how good these guys have been at getting my insurance needs taken care of quickly. Highly recommend their services.
