In response to Ms. Baggs complaint, we are very sorry that she feels this way. She has been a valued customer since September 2016. She called on 9/28/21 inquiring about what the premium would be to add coverage. She said nothing about being dis-satisfied about anything but also did not state she had not made her payment. A quote was given and she said she would decide and call back. She called back 12/14/21 and complained that the insurance company was billing her. The facts are the $38 was charged by the insurance company, not the agency. This was the amount the company billed her for coverage through the end of her policy that she let cancel due to non-payment. When I found a better rate he added a $38.00 cancellation fee..when I called to ask about this he just laughed and said sorry but I cant help you...these little mom and pop companies add in all these fees to try and keep up with the big companies but in the end it doesn't pay to use them. Dont use this agency..you will regret it!!!
