If I could give zero stars I would. Been with this office for many years and glad to finally be rid of them. Impossible to reach. Called dozens of times at various times and NEVER able to reach a live person. After finally getting a call back our business was handled while the agent/person was driving. EXTREMELY unprofessional and unsafe. We had requested a cancellation of our auto policy and waited a week and still no confirmation. Had to leave another voicemail because once again not able to call and speak with anyone, this time we got a TEXT back not even a phone call. Was assured our request had been taken care of. Called 800 # for Travelers this morning and they said no request had been submitted to them at all. The very helpful person on the line handled our cancellation of ALL OF O

I've had my insurance here for around 15 years. The customer service is always great, the price are the best around. I've had several friends that have switched to them from other companies and they have saved a decent amount of money with the same or better coverage.
