I called in today on behalf of my daughter, she is a young adult figuring out car insurance and other areas of business. I spoke to David and he was able to help me to help her, in reference to her car insurance. He was very patient, polite and helpful!!! Thank you so much! Called to get a cheaper rate spoke with Jamie was told to call back next month to make the payment on the new auto policy. After being concern because he didn’t have any information on the new policy that he offered me, we got in a argument because I’m concerned how was he able to give me a quote & now they don’t have a system to keep notes on their customers. Finally got the new policy set up was told to go sign the new documents. I can’t access call back let him knw I couldn’t, He’s trying to walk me through the process just assuming I don’t have the common sense to of signing online documents & assuming I’m doing something incorrectly, He’s steps where wrong by the way! Very helpful, when my insurance rate got to an unreasonable price they helped me lower my rate by $150! Super nice and I was in and out in maybe 15 mins
