I would highly recommend!!! Robert is not only professional but able to explain the in's and outs of insurance in terms I could understand. He is always kind when we speak and does get back to me timely when I have questions and he's busy. He's been able to save me several hundred dollars since I made the switch to Kannapolis Insurance this year. That's something you can take to the bank!

I can not say enough about Robert at Kannapolis Insurance. Robert is the reason we have been with Kannapolis insurance the whole time we have been in business. Robert is very responsive and takes the time to make sure we are set up the best way possible for everything situation that we have had to deal with.

Inept office staff. They don't know anything about anything. Probably because they don't know if they are running an insurance agency or a property management company. Rude owners.....when they are there. Who the hell is Kannapolis Insurance? Save your time and pick a known recognizable brand like State Farm, Allstate, Geico, etc. This is NOT the place you want to do business with.

My whole family went with this insurance company because the insurance agency goes way above his job to make sure we get the best price from car insurance to home insurance and even helps when there a problem. So I believe you want go wrong with this insurance company.

This is a good insurance agency and he helped me out a lot. This agency got me low prices than any other for my age. -James Belk
