Staff are not helpful and can be rude if you have to file a claim with them. If someone insured by them hits you be expecting a supper long wait until they do anything.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this branch. Linda and the rest of the office team are super helpful with any and all questions you may have. Very respectful and never rush you off the phone when you have questions about policies. Chad Tart is hands down the best agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He is always available to help and always goes the extra mile to benefit his clients. I’ll be a customer for many years to come. Best personal and business insurance agency around!!
