Nationwide Insurance: Hardy Insurance Group, Inc.

I go through them for national general. I’ve recently had a wreck in which I was not at fault for it. Why am I paying full coverage and yet, I’m still paying out of pocket for my accident?? Supposedly a check to get my car out the shop has been sent to me but I have yet to receive it. The claims guy and the office keep telling me to check my mailbox like that’s going to make it appear. Now I’m without a rental and without a vehicle because without that check, I can’t get my car out. I feel like nobody cares enough to cancel this check and overnight it to the shop like I had asked for the first time. It’s been two weeks since my check has been mailed and I still don’t have it.
