I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication I’ve experienced with Munro Insurance Services. After weeks of back-and-forth trying to obtain a simple certificate of insurance required by a property management company, I was met with hostility and completely inappropriate language from my assigned broker. As a business owner, I rely on my insurance provider to handle these matters accurately and respectfully — not to receive emails that are dismissive and unprofessional. All I’ve asked for is to have someone within the company who can properly handle my account and communicate in a professional manner. If Munro assigns a new broker who resolves this issue properly, I’ll be more than happy to remove this review.

I needed a new GL for our company and Heidi was able to help very quickly! She was not only patient, friendly and understanding, but also able to explain the difference in needs to me. She took the time and patience and understanding that this was all new. She also during renewal saved us over $3000 on the policy. They don’t just do one insurance they do all business needs. We’ve also brought other companies to them as well and changed brokers. I would highly recommend this company and Heidi as well

Rude, disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful. If you want to work with an agency that calls a place of business, makes fun of that person trying to help them, then hangs up all because he is upset he was given a email address. It’s really goofy to do that when the call is recorded. I will be filing a complaint and hopefully making it viral. Absolutely disgusting! Now I get why people are leaving California.. people like him.

We contacted 4 different insurance carriers and Hannah was the absolute best. She took time to understand our business and then properly relayed the information to underwriters. This got us a fair price and a great policy. Hannah thank you very much..
