Easy and quick service I got my tags at AAA VISTA LOCATION for my car so quick after I did my smog check at Alpha smog center in vista, and I switch the car under my name here the service was quick and easy thank you.

They remodeled and the new system is awful. One person to help people in the insurance side and when you finish waiting in that line they check you in to see someone else who’s been sitting helping no one because the person can’t check people in when they are taking payments. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Employees are friendly for the most part and very helpful.

This review is concerning Fabiola P.’s customer service. She works in the insurance department. I came in with my client concerning her car insurance and a recent death in her family. From the beginning she called us from the waiting area and sped off to her cubicle, leaving us in the dust. My client is elderly and it takes time for her to walk. Upon hearing this was concerning a death, there were no condolences given, which, I guess we can’t expect human decency from every human. She refused to make any eye contact with me and barely took her eyes from her computer screen. She was short with my client and I almost couldn’t believe she has a job providing any type of service to other humans. There was no compassion towards my client at all. The scent is overpowering when you walk in. I had an immediate reaction feeling my heart palpitations. Do people smell that bad that you have to kill us with fragrance? I had to wait outside. They called my name and then someone told me. Went to counter and she told me go sit over there and someone will call you. I watch them. Many agents socializing and no urgency to help people in the lobby. Terrible place. AAA typically has a great reputation on customer service but maybe they just take anyone these days. Told the lady about the fragrance. She saw me cover my face and was OFFENDED and ignored me. Hahah this is why people are sick chemicals like this you inhale all day

Hey, so long time AAA customer. Their insurance is not the cheapest around, but known for good reputation. Went in person today to pay full insurance balance to be greeted by multiple face pierced Annie, who could use some training in professional and people skills. First question was ‘do you want to pay some or all of balance’, without outlining what was due and when it was due and amount due. Come on AAA, these front desk people collect our hard earned money. They are the face of your company. Customers want positivity and professionalism. Also a ‘thank you for your business’ would go a long way.
