I called A-MAX Insurance with what I thought was an issue, and Paul Auhja answered my call. He took the time to listen and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire conversation. I was a bit frustrated at first, but he remained calm, professional, and very helpful. Paul went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I fully understood everything. His patience and excellent customer service really stood out to me. I’m very thankful for his help and the time he took to assist me. He definitely earned a customer for life!
