MetLife Auto & Home - National Customer Service

This address says Met Life but my insurance cards state this address for Farmers! Stay away!!! Farmers is not an honest insurance agency hiding in multiple addresses in different states under other business names. . Stick with a reputable company where you deal with actual people who work in the US not people in foreign countries just taking calls when you have an issue with your policy. The service provided by Farmers is one star! They upped my policy after it was paid in full claiming they needed a particular form on file, so I filed the form and they claimed they never received it. Then I filed it again! Well with addresses like this there is no wonder that it wasn’t received!

This company is a fraud! They told me I would be garnish through pay roll only to tell me I had to pay $2000 up front. 1 month pass and no knowledge on my policy. My policy got cancelled due to they never receiving my documents from payroll. Which I had proof it was submitted. I told my company to make sure this was a legit company. Stay away! They are not legit. The office never knew anything and always told me to call customer service talking to people from over seas. Stay away!!!!!

This place is a scam. They took my money for auto and home owner's insurance, claimed I didn't fill out paperwork they sent me (that I never received. Isn't everything online these days?), so my insurance was cancelled and they are refusing to return my money. Also, they don't answer the phones. I'm reporting them. I wish I would have read the Google reviews, but I found them through Farmers Insurance website and trusted it to be legitimate.

The worst customer service EVER. I have spent the better part of 3 days trying to find someone in the US to help me with growing list of problems that their overseas customer service has caused. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being. I’m so very frustrated!!!😩

It took around 15 minutes of different fake computer voices asking me questions and sending me back and forth before I got to a human.When I finally got a human, I had to be transferred again . I was given instructions to make a request for what I was looking for by mail. Not the best experience. By the way, when someone tells you that a policy owner has died, it is customary to show some form of empathy or compassion towards the family member who is calling.
