I am very satisfied with Mary and John who I always communicate with. They are very helpful and always listen to my request and take care of it. Mary and John have provided my family and I with friendly, efficient service for many years. Most recently, they walked us through the process of registering my son's car in a new city. They provided us with all the documentation we would need at the registry and told us exactly what to expect. Everything went smoothly thanks to their expertise.

I have been with AllState for almost 12 years. My home, cars & boat. I started with Jude Logue and he was great. Several years ago Mary took over. I have sent over 20 emails and multiple voice messages - not one return call. Today I am cancelling all. The service I have received from Mary- terrible.

Still awaiting refund after canceling service. This customer journey was absolutely disheartening. I hope to avoid sharing the text message threads supporting internal systemic misses and bad user interface rejection of document uploads. Send my refund please.
