I have always had a great experience with Dave Newman’s State Farm branch in Salem. The entire staff is very helpful and always gets back to us promptly if we need to leave any messages. I’ve always felt like more than a customer especially when working with Kristen. Her warm and friendly tone on the phone never waivers and I can tell that she truly cares about any situation no matter how big or small. Years back my daughter was cut off in a hit and run auto accident, no fault of hers, and was injured. I was frantic of course, but Kristen’s kindness and caring helped us through the event. Recently I was in a car accident as I was hit by someone, and Kristen Lawrence (a manager) got involved in my case because I needed help with the Claims department not helping me with my crisis. Kristen has been so great! She communicates well, she has empathy, and she has compassion. If it wasn't for her stepping in and helping me, I was ready to give up on State Farm and go elsewhere due to their claims department. But due to her kindness and helpful nature, I've decided to stick with State Farm.
