I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vanessa at Ed's office. She is so friendly, SO FAST with executing my requests and honestly... so compassionate! She feels like a member of our family at this point and I've have since switched all of our insurance policies over to her because of our interactions together. I'm also trying desperately to get her more business from my family, as that is a true testament to how much I trust her, ha! Ed, take care of this woman, she is an asset to your organization. I have been with State Farm Insurance for several years now. I have had the BEST customer service experience with Vanessa. She has ALWAYS followed up on any questions I have had regarding my policies with State Farm. She always makes sure I have all discounts available for my family. Her cheery attitude always make me feel like no question is too big or too small. She has made a professional and friendly relationship with me and it is so nice to have that with a large company like State Farm.
