Was w them for 9+ years. The customer service has steadily declined. They don’t answer the phones, return calls or have proper follow through. Get ready to make a dozen very frustrating calls to make a change or renew. No thanks !

Very terrible to hear a stupid AI customer service robot. Customer service should be done with humans if businesses that deal with humans want to stay in business. Almost every single thing needed when someone calls has nothing to do with a stupid AI fake rep who can answer nothing and who has the most annoying, monotone voice ever This agency has very good prices and this new really bad idea should be taken away immediately

Disappointing experience, poor customer service, stay away if you can. I connected with them to cancel my home insurance policy, asked them whether the refund check would be mailed to the morgage company or to me. No response to that question in three responses, then when the agent finally caught up to it she told me it was mailed to my old address which I no longer have direct access to. She said I didn't mention I had new address when I asked the question, so it was my fault not hers that the check was issued to the old address. I told her I would have told her if she had answered my question on where the refund check will go. Why would I need to tell the new address if the check was going to the mortgage company?! Such a lack of owning mistakes and poor customer service. Very disappoint

Terrible recent experience. Been working with this agency for nearly 15 years and they were great, but they replaced their customer service people with some kind of AI voicebot. The good agents I had dealt with are gone. Very poor service now. Avoid.
