AAA Salem

Went in last week for the TSA precheck and was told that it wasn't working to scan birth certificates, was told to come back the next week and to call the day before to make sure the machine is working. Was greeted by an older woman who was immediately dismissive and rude, when I attempted to explain that I had called in the day before and they had told me the machine was functioning she interrupted saying "if you would let me explain, the website says that it isn't functioning" I then tried to tell her again I called in the day before, and she rolls her eyes and tells me again the website says it isn't functioning. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had, didnt even try to help find a solution just said there's nothing to be done.

We went to discuss a cruise to Alaska. The agent spent some time with us. Then she had an appointment at 11 and took our info and said that she d email us info And she never did. So I wouldn’t waste your time going here!!!

Loved them, thought I would buy yearly for my kids 1 day until a year ago when I needed a new key battery, took hours refused to fix issue misdiagnosed issue. On 12/23 a SUV read ended me wanted a tow and they refused. Phone person changed their name mid call too. Save your $$$ your on your own company did a nose dive

I've been waiting 5 hours for a response from a towing service and they still haven't arrived at my location. The customer service representatives tried to help, but the tow truck never showed up. They're a terrible, irresponsible company. I pay for my membership to avoid this kind of hassle, and they're making things even more difficult for me.

I had a great experience. She was informative, nice and answered all my questions.
