I needed help with finding my father a Medicare Advantage Plan, and contacted Chris through his website. He was initially very helpful and my dad enrolled in a recommended plan through Chris. Chris told us that he provides ongoing help and assistance to clients. However, I have found him to be increasingly unresponsive as months went by. I'm a reasonable person and fully understand that people get busy. But it is not great being completely ignored on more than one occasion while I'm trying to help my father deal with medical and financial issues. I also don't expect or require immediate responses. Weeks have gone by without so much as a "I'm sorry I'll get back to you when I'm available!".
