Jone is hands down the BEST insurance agent! Her and her team are very friendly and always helpful. I’ve been with her for over 10 years. I’ve been in a couple of accidents since I’ve been with her and State Farm has taken very good care of me. Quite disappointed with Jone's team. I switched to their office a couple years ago because rates had gone up with my other company. They were friendly, but never remembered me when I walked into the office. Every six months my rates seemed to go up, even though I've not had any accidents or tickets in over a decade. Also, every time I called or messaged them, the response was delayed. Never once did anyone pick up the phone when I called. I always had to leave a message or wait a day for a return email. The final straw was recently when I purchased a truck. I asked for a quote for insurance. One of the ladies in the office sent me a reasonable quote by text message. We've been with Jone Olson for a few years now and she is amazing and her staff is wonderful! They are responsive and friendly. They show us how to get the best coverage and save money. One time we went on vacation and forgot to let them know we were renting a car. I called Jone at 4 pm on Saturday afternoon after we picked up the rental car.
