DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called Goosehead to cancel my policy on 8/25/25. Spent nearly an hour on the phone with Patricia W. who sent me a cancellation form which I signed immediately and sent back. So imagine my surprise when the policy auto-renewed today (9/18/25) and they charged my card for another year of coverage. I called them back today, was on hold for nearly 40 minutes before speaking with Lashanda D. who would not honor the fact that I had already cancelled this policy previously and made me sign another form. Spent another 2 HOURS on the phone for what should be a simple policy cancellation! Ridiculous!
Patrick took the time to get to know all my needs and made sure I got the coverage I needed! He also took the time to make sure I got all the documents I needed for work! Thank you!
