Chad Bangerter: Allstate Insurance

Stay away from this agent, he is very unresponsive, un willing to help and the woman working with him will tell you one thing and then turn around and make excuses as to why they weren’t able to make a change your policy when it had already been agreed upon to call the 1st of December to make the first payment on the new rate plan she was going to get back to Chandler to change. Never heard back from him and every time I call they make a thousand and one excuses as to why he’s not available and their unable to fix the errors they make.

They have always been helpful whenever I've had questions or needed to file claims. They've also been proactive in finding ways to save me money.

Chad Bangerter and his associates have been most helpful when we have questions or need help with a claim. Some months ago we were involved in a "no contest" small accident at a 4-way intersection. Both cars needed about the same repair. Chad and his Allstate team gave us immediate access to quick and well done repair. The owner of the other car had a fight on his hands to get his car repaired.

Chad and the crew are awesome. They have been very helpful multiple times over the years as we have bought and sold cars, and had claims. Chad is willing to do anything to help and has gone above and beyond multiple times to help our family. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone. It is important to save as much as possible, but it is even more important to have an agent like Chad that is responsive and has your back.
