Mr. Rick Spencer had my Company sign documents for Worker's Compensation Fund without explaining how much the premiums would be, when the insurance would take effect, who it would cover once it took effect and any options for canceling the policy. On October 23 we got a bill for one month's premium for over $1,800. We informed Rick in an email to cancel the policy immediately. He failed to do that, and we were stuck with having to pay the premium for a month on November 7. He refuses to make up for any of his errors. We are now going with another agency that has integrity and is concerned that its clients are well-informed and not signing blank checks.
