Jennifer Bassarear State Farm Insurance Agent

Anytime someone talks about car insurance they talk about it with fear, but I have never felt that working with Jennifer Bassarear and her team. After a recent accident that totaled my car her and the team were so easy to work with, especially when compared to the company for the driver at fault. The accident happened over the weekend, and they spent time with me on their days off to ease the process and help reduce my time without a car. I also work with them for my renters insurance, and I expect I will continue to work with them as my insurance needs grow throughout my life!

I have been insured with Jennifer Bassarear since I was 16 when my mother introduced me to her. I am now 40 and I feel more like family than a client. I can call the office and they know me by my first name. I can submit a claim and get help through the entire process. I had wind damage to my house and Jennifer personally met me there to advise me and assist me in my best options on how to fix the problem. There is always a solution with Jennifer's office. Jennifer is my State Farm agent and I would recommend her highly. She is always just a phone call away with any problem or question I have. Her staff is excellent, but what I really like about her over other agents is that she is available. She doesn't have her staff handle everything for her, she is my agent. She takes a personal interest in my insurance needs. She has spent enough time with me to know what is important to me and lets me know if I am over-insured in one area or under-insured in another. (Yes I said over-insured.) She has changed things and suggested things to save me money over the years...whether it is good grades, low mileage, etc. She is right there with suggestions. I trust her and know she will take care of all my insurance needs.

On December 1, 2011 my roof was severely damaged by the horrendous winds that occurred. Jennifer is my agent and immediately got me in touch with a company that came out and put plastic over the holes and i was able to get estimates. She visited my home and saw first hand the damage that had occurred. Throughout the whole process she was there to help me get a new roof and repair any other things that were also damaged. Jennifer prides herself in taking care of her clients. Highly recommend.
