AKA Bear River Insurance. Been with them for over 20 years and had good things to say until recently as my rates were skyrocketing. They put 0 effort into trying to match a competitive rate quote from a rival. They actually seemed more interested in getting what my rates would be from rivals. My rate with them even included a senior discount and claims free discount so any new person without these discounts will be getting a bad rate as I saved over $300 by switching and got more coverage. Avoid this company.

They are so kind and easy to work with! Josh helped us find the best option and made us feel good about it. I’d definitely recommend this place!

So I’ll make this short I came in the 29th asking if I owed my minimum they said yes but today according to my bank statements it was already taken the 24th . That’s five days . It should have been posted somewhere so not only did you take double the amount I owed two folks pointed back at my bank and funny my bank point back at them so that’s how you know someone didn’t want to take accountability for the mistake made . You really should double check when folks come in to ask if they owe their minimum payments. Not impressed on how this was handled .
