Johns Hopkins Health Plans

Insurance company used bait and switch to have me join them. It advertised certain amount for its flex card benefits only to greatly reduce it after I became a member (for a senior citizen with special needs). Can't trust them now.

Not sure why I can't get this company to stop mailing me advertisements. I called Dec 12th of last year and asked nicely. I called again today after receiving another advertisement in the mail. Was planning on switching but if they can't complete a simple request, it makes me wonder why I would want to use the company. The person I spoke with today said she would contact her supervisor.

My name Deonte Lamar Merritt with old medical records from 1999 is in the system in John Hopkins I got fax them the application so they can send all my medical records to my address they are going to get in touch with other to get my Substsance abuse and mental records but its send to my email and on CD I am going to do it just gettung my stuff in my own name Deonte Lamar Merrit.

Horrible schedulers and supervisors. Doctors in Bethesda in private practice tried to keep lower income people out of their Practices. No help with navigating their system. They use questionnaires to block people from getting medical help
