Awesome group! I've had very few issues with this agent. Had terrible experiences with other insurance companies! I left Geico for State Farm even though my insurance was $6 higher with switching. It is well worth it! There were a few times I've called and couldn't get through, but they've always called me back after leaving a voicemail & I found out that I can respond to their emails and I've had no issues since. Even when my rate went up the first time! I emailed them and they explained insurance to me, not that I was a newbie, but I appreciated the time they took to explain how rates change and inflation and statistics cause fluctuations. I would have preferred to give him no stars! Horrible customer service! Stay away from them. I was with Alexander for the last three years. During the three years, the customer service experience was getting worse day by day. Recently I had to move to a different state and had to change agents. Then, I moved back to MD. I wanted to give my business to Alex. I had a policy with him for a while so choose to get a new policy from him rather than get a new agent. I should have learned from the past customer service experience. I contacted via email to write a new policy, and exchanged information. Moved back to Maryland in December and began looking for a State Farm agent as I have been with them for so long. I first tried the agent I had when I lived here before, poor service, hard to reach anyone and when I finally got a quote, the woman couldn't answer my questions. I then called at least three other agencies, each of which I got NO response from. I called Alex's office and was so pleased that I actually had someone in the office answer my call each time I called, return my calls when promised and answered my questions, I chose Alexander Yuille's agency. Alex and his team were so incompetent. Most of their errors start out as harmless but then they started messing with our home closing with their ineptitude. They made clerical errors for years on our policy but it was more hassle to get it fixed with their office staff than it was worth to correct it. When we were closing on our house, they couldn't add our lender to the policy even with explicit instructions on what name to type. We had renters policy which was cancelled when we bought a home. Two months later, they called asking me where I lived. I told them it was the address that's covered under my insurance through them. Then they asked if I still wanted to keep my renters policy. They never cancelled the policy and could even keep my address straight. You'll be buried in messy paper

We purchased a vehicle and have been loyal State Farm customers for 16 years. Insured it with the closet State Farm Office since we just moved to the area. This office insured our car. Misspelt our names on policy. We sent email communications and called the office with no reply. It came time to renew, we reached out again and no response. A little while later we get a notification from MVA indicating we didn’t have insurance. We reached out to the office and no response. We switched over to another agent (Mary Crow). If you want an agent who just takes your money and you never hear from them, contact this office.
