I was nervous about adding a new car to my policy because I expected my monthly premium to double — but I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t! Jonathan Alvarado took the time to make sure I had the best coverage for all of my vehicles. He patiently answered all of my questions and clearly explained the different types of coverage, making sure I truly understood what each one meant and how it applied to me. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to walk me through everything without rushing the process. Excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, my time with State Farm has ended due to a rerate increase I wasn't happy with. However, Danielle was a great insurance agent and took well care of my needs and tried to lower my rate as much as possible. If you contact Denny's office, request to speak with Danielle. She was very punctual with phone calls, getting back to me with updates, and overall, just helped me have a peace of mind. She will listen and make sure your experience with State Farm is one to write about and give a good review for.
