I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Due to their own inaccurate billing practices, both myself and another client were incorrectly billed. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they sent a collection account to my credit report, making me accountable for charges that were never valid in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has unfairly impacted my credit. Despite their errors, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even acknowledge their role in the issue. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their handling of billing and customer concerns is seriously lacking. The absolute greatest agent I have ever had in 20 years of insurance! Recently my car was stolen, and although out of town and on vacation, Karen took care of everything for me. She didn't have to personally answer my call, she could have sent me to the call center, but instead she reassured me it would be ok! My dream car I waited 15 years for was gone but Karen had my wife and I ready to go with in a week! I could ask for better! Thank you again Karen!!
